World’s First Rotating Skyscraper ‘Dynamic Tower’ to complete by 2020

The world’s first rotating skyscraper is designed by Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher. The ‘Dynamic Tower’ is expected to be completed in 2020. The 80-floor rotating skyscraper will be capable of turning clockwise and anti-clockwise.

Each apartment in the building would be able to rotate independently and control its speed. The rotation will be so smooth that nothing will be felt so the residents will be able to view the sunrise from their home.

Residents of these luxury homes will have the ability to control their own units and its positioning through voice activated commands. Using vocal queues, they will be able to adjust the speed of their unit and tell it to start or stop rotating.

The magnificent tower would be 420 meters tall Dubai’s third largest building. It has an elevator that would run through the building’s concrete core. It would also have solar paneled roofs.

These residencies will also be electricity-free because the building is designed to generate its own energy through wind turbines placed between each floor. The surplus energy from the turbines and solar panels is planned to produce enough electricity to power five other similarly sized buildings.

This dynamic experience will offer exclusive services, luxurious accommodation and much facilities.
